The DJ’s Clam Shack system itself is well positioned and poised for growth with a proven track record and a highly experienced operations and management team. The business model is a traditional quick-service restaurant business where customers can order from the diverse menu of seafood, chicken and drinks. All of the food and beverages are sourced from a direct supplier and the visionary principles of the new Franchise are derived from Jeff and Doug’s vast experience in the industry and acute business acumen. The DJ’s Clam Shack business model is simple and structured efficiently to provide profitability and ease of operating management, which allow for ease of replication and will make for a straightforward training program with new Franchise partners.

TRAINING INCLUDES

2-4 weeks of training at the DJ’s Clam Shack HQ in Key West or at a location designated by the Franchisor beginning approximately 8-12 weeks before the franchise is scheduled to open for business.

  • 1 Week of training at your location to get your business started.
  • 1 session per year, which can be up to 2 days of refresher/update training or meetings in each session.
  • Ongoing support and guidance in building and operating your business.

TERRIRTORIES

When you join the DJ’s Clam Shack team you have the choice of a new start-up business or you can convert your current restaurant company to be under the DJ’s Clam Shack umbrella. When you join the D’s Clam Shack team you will be given an exclusive territory of approximately 50,000 – 100,00 populations base to develop. DJ’s Clam Shack is always looking for expansion opprotunites in new markets.
